How do I purchase from Seven13?
When you find a piece of work you are interested in, click on the 'buy this product add to my account' button on the same screen, and then follow the instructions. We ensure that buying online is easy and secure (see below). Once you have made a purchase from Seven13 you can access your account details through 'my account'.

Why am I experiencing difficulties purchasing?
The most common cause of difficulties is that users have turned off the 'accept cookie' or 'cookies enabled' option in their browser menus. In order for our site to offer a secure transaction process, your browser's options will need to be set to accept cookies. What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and Delta credit cards.

Can I buy gift vouchers from Seven13?
Seven13 will be offering art vouchers, which are available in four denominations: £50, £100, £250 and £500. Unfortunately this offer is not available at present, but when presented, you'll be able to simply order online and we will send them, enclosed in an attractive Seven13 card, either directly to you or to your requested recipient.

How do I use my Seven13 art voucher?
To redeem your Seven13 art vouchers you must call our Seven13 Customer Service line directly on +44 151 707 8808. One of our team will be happy take the details of your Seven13 art voucher Reference Number from you together with your personal details. We shall use these details to set up your own account, which shall be credited with the full value of the Seven13 art vouchers attached to your Seven13 art voucher Reference Number. This account will be debited on receipt of your order. In the event that your order does not exhaust the credit in your Seven13 art voucher account the outstanding credit shall remain available for future purchases on the same terms. Please note that once the credit in your Seven13 art voucher account is exhausted no further transactions may be processed through it. Terms and conditions apply.

How can I be sure ordering online is secure?
Seven13 uses the facilities set up by pixelpixs.co.uk to process your online order. Pixelpixs in turn, uses an encrypted communication channel. This means that your credit card details and other personal information is scrambled when in transit. No third-party can view this data.

May I order offline instead?

Can I review my order history?
Unfortunately, this service isn't available yet, but very son will be. However you may email us at Customerorders@Seven13.net and we will contact you at the earliest available time to confirm your details.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order process, when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Will my purchase be taxed?
If you reside outside of the European Union (EU), then your order will not be subject to sales tax. If you live within the EU you will be charged Value Added Tax on your purchase at the rate prevailing in the UK (currently 17.5%). However, this is subject to change due to periodic movements in rates. These changes are beyond the control of Seven13, as we are required to comply with the relevant VAT legislation.





Will my artwork arrive framed?
The artworks offered by Seven13 arrive in transit safe frames designed to protect the images*. These frames are suitable for temporary display. We will shortly be offering artist-specified framing options, supplied by leading framing specialists based in Liverpool. These you will be able to view and order online in accordance with your image. At present, we can offer a framing service and details should be requested when ordering.

*Generally individual prints will be packaged in transit safe frames. However, in an effort to minimize wastage when making multiple deliveries to a single customer, we may on occasion package multiple prints in a single frame.

The framing of several images in one temporary frame has no impact on the safety of prints in transport and as a result Seven13 will not notify you that your purchases are being packaged in this way.

If you place an order for multiple products and it is essential that each of your ordered prints are framed individually, please advise customer services of your preferences when you place your order.

*How is the artwork shipped?
We use an express carriers and delivery will need to signed for. Shipping is free to Seven13 customers within the UK mainland.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping from Seven13 is free. *

Can I ship to a different location?
Yes. To ship to different location, please contact Seven13 to arrange a new delivery address.

When will my artwork be shipped?
As soon as your order has been processed, your artwork will be shipped from the Seven13 warehouse directly to your door. In most cases, it will be shipped within five working days of the order's completion. We will send you the relevant information on how to track your order as soon as it has been processed.

How long will it take to arrive?
In most cases you can expect delivery within a week of the artwork leaving our warehouse.

Can I order from abroad?
Yes. We accept international orders.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, call customer services on +44 151 734 4004 immediately and we will call you back at your earliest convenience. Our customer care representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

What if the print I receive is not the one I ordered?
You may return your purchase within ten working days for a full refund. We require that the artwork be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. We also require that the artwork be shipped using an express courier.

What guarantee of authenticity will I get with my artwork?
There are a number of different ways in which the work will be authenticated. Most prints will be signed and numbered by the artist. However in some cases, where the artist is deceased for example, other forms of authentification will be provided. In any case, all artworks will arrive with a Seven13 authenticity endorsement.
